Am I the same size in all Rhada styles?

No. There are a couple different factors that affect sizing. Different styles will fit differently because of the shape of the hat. Our molds are handmade, so while we try to keep sizing consistent across shapes, due to the handmade nature, sizes vary slightly from style to style. Different material will also cause the hat to feel differently on your head. Please refer to the sizing guide on each product’s page for specific sizing in that style.

Your hat should sit comfortably on your head without feeling pressure. To know if your hat fits properly, place your index finger at the center of your forehead perpendicularly. Your finger should be able to fit between your forehead and the sweatband inside the hat. If you are able to fit more than one finger, the hat is too large. If you are not able to fit a finger between your forehead and the sweatband inside the hat, you need a larger size.

If you believe that you need a new size after testing the method above, please email contact@rhadastudio.com to get an authorization for a return. We will generate a code for you to place a new order in the correct size. If you are on the cusp of the two different sizes, we recommend you size up.


Yes, your hats are made to shape to your head with wear. On average, our hats give about ⅛ inch. If your hat is too small to fit one finger between your forehead and the inner sweatband, we recommend going a size up.


Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following week.

We ship all our orders out of our warehouse in Miami, USA.

All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping (tracked with signature release), unless otherwise specified. Please visit usps.com for local standard shipping times.

You will receive an email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your account with us and view your shipment’s progress.

We ship all over the US!

We are happy to offer free shipping within the US via USPS for all orders over $150. Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, are charged as international. International Shipping rates are determined by several factors and are calculated at checkout. The rate is determined based on the quantity of items, the weight of the order, and destination address. Duties and taxes are listed and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country.

If your package is lost, please email us at heyrhada@gmail.com so we can contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.

Orders will be shipped according to customer's specified address. Rhada is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses or for any lost and/or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Shipping & Returns


Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

If you would like to exchange or return (for store credit) an item purchased on www.rhadastudio.com, please send us an email to: heyrhada@gmail.com and do your return request in the link below:

This will be accepted only within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. 

Orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. All orders from our SALE collection are FINAL SALE. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy agreement or are returned without written approval. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

Exchanges must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend ensuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days. 


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn in order for exchange or refund.


This is our suggested recommendation for storage. 

Do not store your hat in your car, the exposure to prolonged sunlight and heat will discolor and distort the shape

Size Guide

Hats are measured by the inside circumference at the bottom of the hat's crown (the sweatband) and most often measured in centimeters. While hats may be sized according to their measurement, it is fairly common for women's hats to be sized based on average women's head sizes.
